Venetian Week | 1–7 December
We begin the month by drifting gently into the world of Venetian cuisine, celebrating the lagoon’s storied flavours and the centuries of trade, migration, and maritime tradition that shaped them. From the 1st to the 7th of December, we’ll offer a dedicated Venetian Week menu, featuring dishes inspired by the city’s unique marriage of local produce and exotic influences carried across historic trade routes.
Expect fragrances of saffron, pepper, and allspice; seafood dishes that speak of quiet mornings on the lagoon; and pasta and rice preparations that echo Venice’s enduring devotion to simplicity and season. Complementing the food is a curated selection of wines from the Veneto, where a gentle interplay of hills, plains, and Adriatic breezes gives life to expressive and effortlessly drinkable wines like Prosecco, Amarone, and Soave.
Guests can enjoy a two-course Venetian lunch for $68, available from 12–3pm, including a glass of wine, or explore a full four-course menu for the complete journey. À la carte will also be available throughout the week.
