Rome Food & Wine Week
21 February – 1 March
Lunch & Dinner
There are cities that cook to impress — and others that cook to endure;
Rome belongs to the second kind.
Its food was born not in palaces, but in kitchens where hunger taught precision and necessity shaped flavour. Roman cooking is direct, unapologetic — built on a handful of ingredients, treated with respect and of course the absolute confidence you would expect from ROMA CPUT MUNDI.
For one week, Baubau Dining turns toward Rome.
Our kitchen embraces the boldness, the simplicity, and the unmistakable character of the Eternal City — a cuisine where restraint gives way to intensity, and every dish carries the weight of history.
From the sharp bite of pecorino to the depth of slow-cooked sauces, from wheat and wine to fire and patience, Rome’s flavours speak clearly — and they linger.
Available for both lunch and dinner, Rome Food & Wine Week is an invitation to eat as Romans do: with appetite, with confidence, and without apology.
The menu and wine journey will be revealed soon but we have three small words… cacio e pepe!
